Japan Airlines was also significantly impacted, with 28 delays at Haneda and 10 delays at New Chitose, totaling 38 delays across the two major hubs. Furthermore, ANA Wings reported a combined 21 delays between the two airports (11 delays at Haneda and 10 delays at New Chitose).
