With direct indoor access to both Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue and the Metro Station, Address Boulevard is the ideal place to stay for anyone coming to Dubai for leisure, business or shopping purposes. Sofia and Solo made the stay exceptionally pleasant. The location is outstanding and the room was exactly like on the photos! I highly recommend this hotel.

Literally I’m more than happy in address it was a business trip but it was amazing one The hotel was really chilling I enjoyed the pool as of the most thing and the view of the pool on burj khalifa is adorable I received a call From “Nervana” how charming she are understanding that my flight is late so she gave me late check out till 14:00 and invited me to the vip club lounge for a coffee and to finish my work as i was working from the room really it was nice and I appreciate The hotel is quiet nice

Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, connected to The Dubai Mall and 10 minutes away from City Walk, Sofitel Dubai Downtown is an beautiful oasis that blends urban sophistication with refined... everything! the location, the rooms (it’s big and well equipped but personally, not a fan of carpet floors, it wouldve been nicer if some portion of the floor weren’t carpeted) the food was exceptional esp the buffet breakfast! vast selections perfect for all nationalities. kid friendly too. but their asset is their staff. Stella of frontdesk is the best!!! thank you Stella for the nice arrangement you set for us. you’re an angel! mostaf of concierge is one of the most accommodating and friendliest human being we met at Dubai. he deserves a raise and a promotion! thanks sofitel downtown dubai for our wonderful stay. we will come back!

Envisioned by fashion icon Giorgio Armani, this hotel has a private entrance and occupies 11 floors of Dubai’s iconic skyscraper, Burj Khalifa. Cleanliness was exceptional.the fountain view from hotel was extra ordinary. Comfort level is top notch.

Towering high at 991 feet across 63 levels, Address Downtown is a veritable landmark of luxury, located in the very center of Downtown Dubai. When I arrived at the facility to check in it was already 11pm. And to make it worse, my credit card did not function because the system of my bank was down the officer on duty Mr Abbas, who is from Uzbekistan did all he can to help us check in , not even frowning . He patiently made up for us a special link that can be clicked to pay online. This was eventually successful and we managed to check in by 12 midnight. I am indebted to Mr Abbas's kindness to help us. Mr Abbas not only bear with me with the payment problem, but once that was resolved..he issued the room keys and personally escorted us up to our rooms. He didn't have to do that. If the Address Downtown Hotel Management is reading this feedback, you have a super valuable personnel in your team and if you want to consider anyone for promotion, please consider Mr Abbas. Me and my family are super indebted to him on how he helped solved our problem.
